OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — Tribal Diagnostics, a leading full-service CAP-accredited clinical laboratory, is pleased to announce the appointment of Althea Wishloff to its Board of Directors. Althea brings a wealth of experience in venture capital, private equity, and digital health platforms, and her addition marks a significant milestone in Tribal Diagnostics’ mission to provide high-quality laboratory services to underserved communities, particularly the Native American community.
Althea Wishloff currently serves as a General Partner at Raven Indigenous Capital Partners, the first venture fund dedicated to investing in Native and Indigenous-led companies across the United States and Canada. At Raven, Althea leads the U.S. practice and supports health and tech-focused companies across Turtle Island. She is also a Venture Partner at Archangel Network of Funds and an Instructor at the Schulich School of Business at York University, where she teaches venture capital and private equity.
A member of the Gitxsan First Nation (Fireweed / Gisk’haast Clan), Althea’s diverse background and leadership in supporting innovative ventures and Indigenous-led initiatives make her a valuable addition to the Tribal Diagnostics Board.
