2 mL serum. Allow SST to clot in an upright position for at least 30 minutes, then centrifuge sample within 2 hours of collection. Avoid hemolysis. Refrigerate.
Interpretation is available for gestational age 14 weeks to 21 weeks 6 days. A completed history form must accompany sample.
