Collect all urine over a 24-hr period in provided light-proof, 24-Hour Urine Collection Container. Empty your bladder when you first get up in the morning. Start collecting from the second void on the first day, record time. Refrigerate urine during collection and record total volume. Do not place the container in an area with bright light or in direct sunlight.
Transfer 3 mL from a well-mixed 24 hr collection to a plastic aliquot tube. Clearly label tube as urine. Freeze. When multiple tests are ordered, submit separate tube for this test.
