Reference Range(s)

Negative at 72 hrs.
Will reflex to IgG, IgM and IgA. When result is positive, additional charges will apply.

Collection Instructions

Collect 7ml blood in a pre-warmed (37C) plain red top tube. Maintain sample at 37C until clotting is complete. Centrifuge sample and separate serum from cells within 1
hour of colletion. Transfer 3 mL serum to a plastic transport tube. Clearly label tube as serum from a plain red top tube. Room temperature.
Note: Proper collection and transport of sample is critical to the outcome of the test. Patient must be fasting prior to collection.
